Do I need to take the test first?
No — the guide covers all 12 archetypes, and you can recognise yourself as you read. But the free 72-question test shows your exact scores, so you'll know which chapters to read first.
What format is it?
An 87-page PDF, designed in A4. You can read it on your phone, tablet or computer — or print it and write in the exercise pages.
Does it cover all 12 archetypes?
Yes. Every archetype has its own six-page chapter, so you can read about yourself, your partner, your team and your clients.
Is this therapy?
No. The guide is a tool for self-reflection and coaching, not a clinical diagnosis. If you're struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified psychotherapist or doctor.
