- ii.I reply with available times and answer any questions you have.
- iii.We confirm your session. The first session is paid 24 hours in advance.
- iv.We meet on Zoom. Join from a quiet, private space, and bring whatever is on your mind.

How do I pay?
Sessions are paid in advance: the first one 24 hours before we meet, and later sessions on the day or monthly. You'll receive an electronic receipt.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, with enough notice. All the details about scheduling, cancellations and holidays are on the Rules page.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us. I take regular supervision, where cases are discussed anonymously, as part of good professional practice.
Is this the right place in a crisis?
My work is coaching and psychological consultation, not emergency or clinical care. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.
